Refund Policy
This policy is for all returns, exchanges or refunds pertaining to the Bandit Truck Merchandise and all affiliated parties.

To receive an eligible (50%) refund items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and purchased within 30 days of return shipment.

All damaged or missing items must be reported to sales@bandittruck.com within 3 days of package delivery date or items cannot be returned and missing items will not be replaced.

Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No processed orders will be 100% refunded as we pay for shipping costs. If your order has not yet been fulfilled and shipped, a full refund may be provided.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you via email that we have received your package. We will also send you an email if a refund is in order. Please allow for 5-7 business days for your refund to process. Your refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card or method of payment. For late or missing refunds: Please first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@bandittruck.com

Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and are not able to be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace damaged or defective items. If you would like a different size than ordered, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

For items returned by the mail carrier: If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email sales@bandittruck.com immediately. If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will email you, per our discretion we may issue a refund minus 50% restocking fee or the customer may pay the shipping fees to resend the package.

For items returned to us by the mail carrier, if the customer does not respond to our method of contact within 5 business days, a refund will be issued with a 50% deduction for a restocking fee.
All sales are final on marked down merchandise and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Sale items, promotional items, clearance items, and international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. This includes items appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of fragrances or odors, or with animal hair.
